A Brayered Christmas card

Happy Friday gang, you have my permission to sleep late tomorrow!
As for today, I promised to show you a brayered card, I cant show you the large batch that I made because they are a special order, so not really mine to show.

I think these will be ok for my 'peaceful' Christmas cards.
The little Lamp post and the Geese are from the remountable Village set, Also from Claritystamp the medium size Lamp Post, and the text stamp. There is a large Lamp Post available, the 3 sizes look great on a project together.

I have done so many of the snowy sky scenes lately that my Denim inkpad is in desperate need for a replacement, its now a great pad for sponging work though because you dont have to get rid of very much ink from your sponge before touching your artwork.
I edged with Black Promarker, matted onto silver and then onto White Centura Pearl A5 card blank.

Right im off, I have a Panpastel card to do ready for the new challenge blog and I need the Post Office.
Have a good one!

  1. This is beautiful Maria x I think I need glasses tho, because I thought there were two sleighs next to the lamp post! lol xx

  6. That is such a lovely technique with that sky, and the use of the two sizes of lamppost. You are such a good advert for Barbara Gray's stamps and your own talent.
