Remember

Good Morning, well it's 3.05am anyway.

Yet again I have to apologise for absence....

It's just tricky at the moment, it's been such a busy time but also I'm having to seriously restrict my time looking at a screen because of increasing visual disturbance.

Anyway I won't bang on about it any further, I'll just show you a card.

This is one of my tv samples from the weekend, I used Poppy Pods stencil and one of the new word chains.

Lots of cutting on this one, I like the result though.

Hope you like it.

  10. I am in awe of your knife skills here, Maria. A lovely card and so apt for this year of remembrance. Take more care of yourself. You might need to look at getting a better monitor with a better flicker rate (and I am no expert - I just listen to what the experts say to me) Also, don't work using fluorescent lighting. The flicker from those can cause really bad migraines, and with children they get really hyped up by the flicker from that kind of lighting. I tried an experiment once while I was teaching and turned off the lights and almost instantly, the noise levels in the room dropped and the standard of work rose. xxx Maggie

  11. Hi Maria
This card is stunning, using one of Barbara's stencils. Hope your eyes don't give you to much trouble in the future, as your cards are stunning.
