Good Morning, little oversight on my part with this post! It went live at 6.30am with no text just the pics, oops...
This is an 8x8 card using a Splodge A Mask and Distress inks for the background.
I made a small panel for the topper using the faux silk technique, inked & stamped it.
I stamped & embossed the Crafty Individuals birds onto Heat Resistant Acetate, and made some extra leaves to extend the branches, joined them with the little flowers.
The birdcage is Spellbinders.
The 'Dream a Little Dream' banner was made by stamping and chopping the top line of the background stamp used.
And the question already asked in the comment box, how did I colour the birds? I used Liquid Pearls with a cocktail stick.
Hope you like it!

ReplyDeleteCould I ask a question on behalf of myself and some friends. We have got into using our Inkylicious brushes for effects like brayering and we were wondering whether we could use a Splodge Away Mat with these brushes or not. We would apprciate your advice. Best wishes, Kym xxx
