Good Morning, did you wonder where I had disappeared to? Its just been a hectic couple of weeks and unfortunately its not always easy to blog when Im away from home, when I have driven for hours then worked all day the last thing I want to do is faff about with the laptop- If I had an ipad it would be easier wouldnt it!
Anyway, Im here now, so here is one of my samples for the Claritystamp shows at the weekend and a couple of other pics.
This is using one of the Twas the Night stamps.
I coloured with copics and used my Splodge Away mat for the edges of the topper.
I wanted a button or something for the middle of the bow but I couldnt find anything that matched, so I decided to try something...
The 'button' is made from Pinflair glue gel, I just spread it into a silicon mould and left it to dry, I may do this more often!
Here is a couple of pics from the weekend 'up north'
Our Amber feeding the Lambs at the farm with Annette's mum Anne.
And my good buddy Annette feeding the billy goats!
Hope your weekend was as good as mine, see you soon.

ReplyDeleteMorning Maria stunning card. Hope you are ready to rest now!! x
ReplyDeleteLoving your card Girlie ! Weekend pics are fab xxx
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely - are we allowed to ask what colour those edges are done in? I just love these muted colours for xmas. Annette said she had a Rat she didn't mention Lambs and Goats!!
ReplyDeleteLovely card as usual. Great idea for the button.
ReplyDeleteDon't know about you needing an ipad, more like a secretary and chauffeur, not to mention someone to take care of the house.
You rest when you have the chance. x
Totally stunning card Maria, as always whatever stamps you used you always create fabulous creations, xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Maria! Love the colours - so different! Love the image aswell! I know what you mean about being too busy! I'm always trying to juggle everything! Have a great day!

ReplyDeleteThis is just fabulous Maria, looking forward to seeing this seies of stamps evolving (especially after Barbara teased us with her demo's). Glad to hear that you are busy as it just goes to show what a talented lady you are. At last I have managed to get hold of a splodgeaway mat and cann't wait for it to come (again spurred on by how Barbara used it for her brayering).
ReplyDeleteFabulous card - I think that stamp may be a 'must have'. I have the weekend shows recorded - I need to watch them! Don't you go overdoing it! Take care xx
ReplyDeleteAmazing card. Must be something wrong with 'bloglovin' as only showing as new post this morning!
