When is a kite not a kite.....

Good Morning, yes its late morning but hey ho!
Yesterday I promised to show you the Crucifix card I made with the little Kite from the Wrought Iron Garden set from Claritystamp, so here it is...

Just like yesterday, I had to borrow the picyure back from Barbara's Gallery, so only one pic im afraid. This is a shortfall card, the wording strip is actually on the inside edge of the card.
This was very easy to make, I just brayered the corners with Denim, stamped the first four kites in place and then masked the downward pointing kite and stamped over to extend the length. The words were stamped using the Scrabble set (also from Clarity) I cut an aperture mask and then stamped the kite over the wording using second generation ink.

Im off now to get going on a birthday project for Amber while she is out, I will show you on Monday!

Have a good one.

  2. It is amazing how you and your fellow sample makers can take a basic stamp and turn it into something completely different. This card is lovely, and could be used for a number of purposes.
