As promised, measurements for new SIDE EASEL CARD. and another version.

I did say i would post the measurements/instructions for this,so here they are
Start with an A3 piece of card, position it landscape and score down top to bottom at 9.5 cm,11.5 cm, 21cm.
Fold down the 21cm line so it now resembles an A4 card blank.
Turn the new card shape to landscape, and cut down the middle (about 15cm across).
You now have the basic card base to make 2 of these cards, just crease the 2 other score line to give the triangular shape.
You can now stick whatever size/shape topper to the 2cm panel in the middle. You can also choose how wide to make your end/stopper panel at the side of the card-the wider this panel the more the 'triangle' will stick out when standing up.
Does any of that make even the slightest bit of sense????

Over the next few days i will post instructions/measures for a smaller version and a couple of variations.

Right onto this card, i have named it a side easel by the way-thats where it evolved from. I decided to do a dangly in aperture for this one to make it a bit different.
I have used a digi from Eiglas called cheeky snowman,so i had to give it a cheeky sentiment didnt i! I have coloured with promarkers and outlined with crystal glamour dust and highlighted with a white pen and finished off with liquid pearls.  The paper is from DCWV,the brad is from Papermania. The edge punch is a Martha,my dad bought it for me this afternoon! Thanks Dad.xx

This is the laying flat view, will fit into a nornal A5 envelope.

Still playing with my new card shape, i need to give it a name.

Another example of my new fold, i have a few variations of this to play with but i wanted to use up some coloured images first. I should give this fold a name but i already used up my brainpower for today. And i promise to post the instructions/measurements tommorrow for you all to try.
The main image is from Elzybells, the tickets are digi's,both coloured with promarkers, also used liquid pearls. The paper is from Dovecraft,Lattice punch from Martha. flowers, charm, beads etc from my stash. You cant see very well in pic but,the pale pink mount around the main image has been coloured with promarkers to match,on 2 corners i have used the darker pink and then blended it so it looks like a graduated fade effect, it looks really effective in the flesh.

New colouring technique!!

Your itching to know the secret are'nt you! Ok then, i coloured this young lady using prisma pencils at midnight after large dark rum & coke number 4 or 5-well it was Friday night you know!  I keep looking at it in disbelief,it took about 1 minute to do and all things considered im really pleased with her,i usually have to work a lot harder on colouring hair and skin.
Anyway, she is from Pink Gem,the little greeting is also from Pink Gem,flowers from Wild Orchid, the anchors i found with the help of my friend Google Images.
I would like to enter this into a few challenges but not got time to load yet,so will just load onto Pink Gem cause that ends this afternoon.
