UTEE butterfly

Good Morning!

And it's the start of what promises to be a manic week for me...the event taking up most of the time is preparing and moving into my business unit, yeah!

I'll show you some piccies soon.

But you want to see a card don't you..

This is one I did for Creative Cardmaking a while ago, the theme was UTEE.

For this one I cut a square of board and triple embossed with clear powder, then on the last layer threw some mica powder in, then while still hot I stamped a Claritystamp butterfly into the UTEE.

The lush cutting die is a Cheery Lynn from Oyster.

Hope you like it!

Thanks for stopping by.

Black and White UTEE.

Happy Saturday!

And I'm particularly happy because I'm able to stay home today and watch Barbara on my iPad at 11am.

Then of course there are the regular Sunday Clarity shows tomorrow, I can't show you my cards for that yet, but I can show you this...

It's one of a series of UTEE cards I did for Creative Cardmaking, it's on sale now.

Actually one of the other designs made the front page, yippee! I will show you that one soon.

Anyway, for this one I used a couple of Clariystamps, a cutting die, and a texture tread, not telling you anymore, go buy the mag lol.

Have a nice Saturday whatever your doing.

Wedding Day

Good afternoon, well it will be by the time I write this post...

Mad busy this week, for a change!

So quickly, here is the card I made for my friend Sharon, she married Mike on Saturday-Congratulations to you both.

I thought it was a good excuse to use my new Heartfelt Creations cutting die set from Oyster, along with my fave Cheery Lyn swirl, and it would have been rude of me not to use some yummy blooms from Sweet Lilac Flowers.

I did regret that I didn't have more time to put lots of white layers to this one, and i would rather have used a stamped greeting than a peel-off but I didn't have a small enough Wedding stamp.

I stumbled upon a challenge that includes flowers over at Just Inspirational Challenges, so I think this will do just fine for that.

Also, there is still time to enter the Summertime blog challenge over at Sweet Lilac.

Ok quick cuppa then back to the laundry, windows, hutches, bathroom, dishes, magazine deadline, tv samples, class prep, demo prep, bit more laundry, invoices, yep I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed today!

Thanks for stopping by, I know I'm not the only busy chappy, so your visits are most appreciated.

Another Ladies Diary card...

Morning!

I promised you another card using my lurrrvly Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary papers didn't I.....

This is an 8x8 and it was really a quick one to make, also I didn't use very much of my precious papers either!

I bulked it up by using a large embossed background, and just added a couple swirls pearls and metal bits.

Hope you like it.

Ello flower....

Mornin!

Actually it's Happy Slipper day, and guess what?

I have a new pair, oh yes, courtesy of Rachael one of my workshop ladies...I will of course be sporting them in class today- well I can't keep 20 ladies in line if I'm not comfy can I....

We are pattern building today with some of my fave Clarity corner stamps, but before I take off up the M58 I have a card to show you.

I used my new Cheery Lynn cutting die from Oyster and a lovely sentiment from Clarity, gave me a good opportunity to use the lovely flowers my buddy Jo Rice gave me from Sweet Lilac flowers.

I Don't think it needs anything else, I like it anyway.

Thanks for stopping by and saying hello.
